It was a good experience but the ac was not working

I went there as a Solo traveler and the room's ac was not working properly, as I have already paid for the ac room, but they said I haven't paid for an ac room. The room where I stayed in was good and the hotel was also clean. Their service was also okay except that issue.

The hotel supervisor looked confused. Asking me for aadhar card as the id, accepted my pan id after some altercation.
