Had a lovely stay here! the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

No proper maintenance as the room was very dirty, smelly and disgusting, no towel or soap were provided, all the garbage was just dumped infront of the room as it was on the terrace.

It was a time crunch for me for the time of booking and i went ahead 1st impressions at the reception wasn’t good they treat us like hook ups soft copies works everywhere or should be made an exception sometimes when din allow at first i asked for refund the guy told ask the app from where u made booking later accepted after 20mins argument no mineral water available at the room very compact room not so hygienic. No hot water as early as 7am in morning think thrice to book here again

The hotel front office staff is very rude. They do not give water bottle when check in. The corridors are very dirty.
