Its nat safe, and not clean,

Location of the hotel is good, easily available.
Rooms are not clean and hygienic, sink was dirty, wall were been spitted, hot water available at 10 am only they should keep hot water available at the time of need. Staff not supportive. I called the hotel at the time of booking, they said early check-in will be available from 6am. I reached hotel at 6 am and then they said rooms are not available. They kept me waiting for 2 hours. Even 2 rooms were checked out at 7 am still they made me wait till 8 am. Very poor service. They don't look into customer needs.

Only the female manager and the female staff who was wearing burkha had maintained their standards but the old man who was going to buy medicines for her mother was not wearing the gloves or mask and their was no sanitizer at the counter. Their was no lift .Although I had booked AC room the AC was not allowed to turn on by the manager , AC room problem can be solved . Pathetic service by Hotel staff ,only one lady in Burkha helped me to shift my luggage from my car to the 2 nd floor room. Please don't waste your Rs - in such OYO marked hotels where only the sheets are white and red pillows are taken on the photograph when all the travellers are advised to carry their own pillow and blankets and bed sheets in Corona crisis . I will from now onwards never book a OYO marked hotel and please travellers make it sure that you pay at the hotel after properly scrutinising the rooms . OYO is charging extra money for the same room with no extra facility and please before siging make sure that you have checked the AC wether it is functioning or not. Hope this review will help the travellers in future.

I stayed in this hotel from 27th Dec, 2020 to 28th Dec, 2020 (1night stay) for my exam which was scheduled on the very next day. No guy was there to entertain my 'check in' at the hotel. After some delay an old man turned up and asked for my booking details which even after showing him for innumerable times over my mobile phone and the attached email invoice he behaved so amateurishly that he kept on asking for my 'Booking ID' which was clearly mentioned on the invoice and cited some non-sense reason for it. At last he agreed on giving a room and showed me at least 8-10 rooms before I could opt for one and that too was not of the standard maintained by OYO ROOMS. None of the rooms were up to the mark. Total crap and misery all around. Bedsheet, pillow and the blanket were all spoiled with multiple oily patches on each of them and stained with dirty greasy marks all around. No room service was there at all. The bathroom and the toilet were no less, a complete agony package put together! Toilet seat was soiled and drainage in the bathroom was horrible to say the least. The hotel did not provide even wash soap in the bathroom. Bucket and mug were also soiled. No geyser was there. AC was not in working condition (though hanged on the wall like a pendulum clock! And lastly the room was full of mosquitoes so much so that even after lighting the tortoise coil for 3-4 hours could not sleep for the remainder of the night. Such a horrible, pathetic and nightmare of an experience it was. I would request every one of you to never ever opt for this filthy, torrid and vicious hotel. I would request and urge OYO ROOMS to never let this thing happen again to any of their clients/persons staying at this hotel and to do surely delist this hotel from OYO ROOMS group. Please beware of this hotel!

Room was dirty, it seems no cleaning done for a week, I didn't saw this in my 7 years of experience, don't recommend this, hotel was too bad.

I stay with my friend total two person he charged me extra person. Extra person charge applicable on 3 or more person not 2 person.

Dirty room with seepage, toilet seat and washroom was horrible. Towel clearly had footmarks and black marks. They even refused to clean the room, said we don't have staff. There was no water in the morning. They didn't provide breakfast although it was added in my payment. They said it will be served at 10 not before that. Most horrible experience of mine in any hotel.

I have talked at reception before arriving at hotel. I reached at hotel 2:30 am on 12/01/2020 in early morning with my business partner, but they asked that there is no room empty and you must go to another hotel or talk to MakeMyTrip. But they would not help overall. I was disturbed to get room in cold night. After arguing with staff they agreed to give room and demanded extra. I agree due to my problem. While I entered in room it was terrible, too dirty, all wall contains only moisture, paint was dropping from wall, there was spots of blood on bed sheet, trash of previous guests was in dustbin, cigarette ash was scattered on floor, in bathroom there are many dirty cloths with blood spot, geyser was not working, basin pipe was broken, etc. Overall it was just like slum. Finally was cheated with MakeMyTrip and Hotel Sagar both.

Good services by hotels crew specially Sahu ji.

Not stay because room not cleaned. Bathroom floor was leaking water, no hot water provide before 12 noon. Manager was not taken care for all these facilities. I have not stayed there and wasted money. Telephone number of hotel was given to me was not existed, the fact was reported to hotel manager he simply said yes but was not ashamed of it. Very worst experience I experienced first time in my life sorry but can't stop myself to share my experience with this hotel booking. As reported above. Not stayed there.

There is no service at all in Hotel it's not a Hotel it's Louge there no water no tea no no hot water bathroom was very dirty bed was damage no room service at all

Hotel is average staff behaviour is not good.

Room condition is too bad. Water leakages, no working of ac, bathroom is dirty, everything thing was so pathetic. Please don't choose OYO 30600 sagar. You will regret.

Rooms were dirty, they charge extra for everything, I paid them for early check-in and when I ask for receipt they told me we don't provide receipt, when I started arguing with them they told me you can leave the hotel but we will not refund money, also to pay for auto I asked for a change of INR 100 as INR 30 was to be paid to auto person they took INR 100 from me and return me INR 20 when I ask that rs 70 should be refunded, their staff told me that they have taken rs 50 for themselves as a tip, now you tell me is this a tip?

I travel in Jabalpur and stay in Hotel Sagar as a couple, it's a great hotel to stay with a couple, like good service, no disturbance, it's a good Hotel

Provided worst room, no light in toilet/bath, no TV, no AC, no intercom, bad smell, unhygienic.
