Terrible Stay

Pathetic stay, I checked out within 2 hours the hotel is very much in the outskirts in the industrial area, not safe for families, available there with a different name as cambay spa and resort. Rooms were not ready when we checked in towels and bedsheets were very dirty, we asked for evening snacks and they replied restaurant is closed till 8 in the evening. All in all very undermaintained hotel, very rude management staff.

Hotel name wrong. Not safe for family stay. Horrible hotel like hunted house. Too far from city and located in whole industrial area. Manager behaviour rude. No amenities available for use just room is available.

Hotel looks well but maintainance is very poor.lots of issues are there like water supply in bathroom is very poor,flush was not working,hot water not supplied in bathroom.and most importantly the behaviour of the receptionist was very harsh.and the location of the hotel far from the Udaipur city.

Most worst hotel i have ever seen, pathetic room service. Toilet was dirty. Bucket, mug etc were not cleaned properly. Bed sheets, towels, pillow etc were dirty. No amenities were provided as mentioned in hotel details. No provision for hot water in toilet/washroom. Food items were substandard. No regulator for fan. Inadequate light points in the room. Worst room service i have ever seen. Please remove all such type of hotels.

In the cambay resort UDAIPUR you will not get any food options and you will not have proper rooms for stay. the property looks like a too old hotel there is no chef available. restaurant is closed , bar is not working . The property is worthless for stay and for money .

In Udaipur, we stayed in Opal Club Resort. Location-wise it was a little disappointing as it was very far from the City. Apart from the location, everything in the hotel deserves a five star. The staff was always ready to help you and the breakfast is a full package as it is great in both quality and quantity as well as service. I loved this stay and must say if anyone agrees to stay a little out of the City, they must try and stay in this hotel.
