Property located near Krishna river and about 1 km from Kanak Durga temple. Staff is good. Food in the hotel is excellent. But some room have cockroaches so disinfection treatment required in the property. But overall stay is good.

businessI booked the hotel only due to its proximity to the river krishna. The hotel needs to be maintained better. Ac was not working in the room; when turned on, it was leaking water, and the bedsheets and pillows smelled; the electric kettle in my room had leftover water with algae deposits, and the overall upkeep of the room was poor. The plus was the restaurant dalchin, which had half-decent food. Not going back to olive tree

couple- unreasonably expensive for a below average hotel. Had no choice but to stay there as we had a business meeting in vijayawada. The personnel working there were very helpful. Although, every little thing is priced and expensive. A regular waterbottle (originally 20) costs 100-. Would not recommend this hotel.
