Verbally abused by hotel authoritie

We had given a prior intimation to the hotel owner that our train is delayed and would be checking in by 1:30 am. But on reaching the hotel he didn't open the gates for half an hour and verbally abused us on call. Also, there were no prior arrangements made for our stay and we were asked to somehow accommodate ourselves. Truly pathetic experience.

no ac is working 😔 staff not turned on ac in all 4 days of booking

all fine but due to single stay in dormitory, ac not turned on so if anyone coming confirm that any of other guests are here are not 🚫 otherwise staff behaviour is excellent 🆗 cleaning is too bad due to lack of guests in hotel 🛏️

It should have been more clean. There were many rats. The door locks were not proper. Even though bedsheets were clean yet marks were there. No warm water
