This hotel is approx 6 km before Mukteshwar and it is situated on road. Parking facility is available. Staff is good. There was no swipe machine nor wallet payments work, so keep cash in hand. Overall experience is good.

Place was good and had lot of fruit trees in hotel like plum, apple, apricot. Dinner buffet was good. Place was very calm and quite.

Food water supply electric supply not good

Better maintenance required to complement makes war's natural beauty to make this hotel a perfect stay

Courtesies staff. Excellent service. Polite workers. Great cook. Altogether a combination of excellent staff and good leadership. This combination made our stay a memorable one. One of the best services I had in my life. Awesome location. Nice cozy rooms. A must visit place inn summer. Recommended.

Nice view, Eco friendly Resort. Good, verity food. Great garden with a lot of different plants and trees. A library with a thousand books, a gift shop with cute items. And best thing. Mouth watering yummy brownies.

Everything was great. Even two persons who was helping us in every facilities has provided great service. But the only thing I didn't like is that they not provided us room service. Else everything was great.

It was really a bad stay. Though the rooms were fine but the food was pathetic. 2 of us had a bad food poisoning after having there first meal. Staff members were good and Happy to serve but food quality was poor. Not even kids friendly environment. Kids playing room was not maintained. Booking through Make my trip and getting this quality of stay is worthless. A big disappointment from MMT

Stayed for one night in this resort. Although the property is good and conveniently located, it badly needs maintenance. The hospitality is also not good, and it has untrained staff. Some notices placed in room and restaurant speaks volumes, the same are attached. The facilities mentioned were also closed. Food was pathetic, and after two tries for lunch and dinner, we settled for simple bread-egg option in breakfast. It seems the cook is not trained properly . . The condiments supplied for making tea were past expiry date. This can be seen on milk powder packet (Sept’17 expiry in 6 months). Shampoo supplied had manufacturing date of 11/16, expiry in 12 months. Soap, manufacturing date of 4/16, expiry 3/18 (this although within expiry, was too hard to be used Check for don't take this for granted. NO QUALAITY ASSURANCE.

Amazing place nestled in the hillside. Staff are very warm friendly and courteous and took great care of us. Every item on the menu has prepared thoughtfully and the chicken sizzler which was prepared by the chef for our last dinner couldn't have been done better

We stayed for one night in the resort. Although this is the only resort in Mukteshwar it needs serious Maintenance and Makeover. Most of the common facilities were closed. There is no TV and in place like Mukteshwar, with no TV, there is nothing much to do in evening. Most of the common facilities were also closed. Otherwise it is very conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Food is simple and home like. Room décor is old. Bathrooms also need makeover. Lots of trees and flowers in garden but needs proper upkeep.

The resort is a mini orchard, very green, great location, good service, activity centre is fun. But - the rooms are very basic, bathrooms are quite bad- (we literally dreaded using it), food is below average. The worst thing- you can hear every word being spoken, whispered or shrieked in the rooms next to you. The couple next to our room had a 2 year old that cried through the night, and I think nobody in the entire resort could sleep. Has potential- but in dire need of renovation and some bit of modernisation.

It is an amazing property. If you go Mukhteshwar stay in Mountain Trail only. It has a nice view, very quiet, peaceful and relaxing Chocolate shop is their USP. We bought loads of varieties from there
