1. Should look after the cleanliness of the room and washroom. 2. Bucket was broken 3. Complimentary breakfast was not good enough 4. Same breakfast was given 3. Lack of courtesy overall not satisfactory

Hotel staff was fine, but mm t put up way too many amenities, and nothing was provided there. I asked mm t staff to resolve the issue by arranging only room heater (to remind you i am willing to forgo everything else mentioned, which they told me they would arrange, yet nothing happened. Then mm t customer care wasn't picking up my calls. Seriously, it was the worst service from mmt. Expected something better.

I have stay here till 3 days in which no eshu is from my side nice room view was there nice hospitality was given to us lovely behaviour af all staff.

I would say it is a very nice property to stay. Hotel staff is very comforting and empathetic. They make sure that you and your family has a pleasant stay there. The property is clean, rooms are tidy and well maintained. Rooms' and common washrooms are well maintained and hygienic.

Rooms are small, hotel is very small with no proper facilities. Extra bedding was not provided even though charged for extra person. Also the hotel called up in rooms and said there should be no calls to reception after 10 pm and before 7 am as we wont entertain such calls. Only callboy kartik is the one who works well and is polite.

The address mention there is not appropriate. The location is too far from main mussoorie so public transport is not easily available there. Else the hotel was good, the room was good neat and clean but do not have good view from rooms
