worst experience बिस्तर खाली होते हुए भी uper bed diya स्टाफ बहुत असभ्य है कोई सहायता नही ,पानी नहीं ,wifi facility not available वॉश रूम बहुत गंदा है smelling room my worst experience

The bathrooms were not clean. I also stayed in room 302 so there was no ac inside.

This was not up to mark as a moustache standard like the jaipur mouchtach you should improve the bathrooms and the maintenance inside the rooms of dorms. I have not taken any pics but you can send their management teams and check all parts of the moustache hotel agra you will better understand the things going on there

Veer basic rooms. Hot water not available. Furniture were broken and looked like an abandoned building

Room was dirty washroom was even more dirty hotel staff is not cooperative i thought i'm booking with make my trip i don't have to check anything but i'm sry to say it was a terrible stay.

- washrooms don't have water, not clean either. Dirty & smelly towels - no drinking water provided and did not get my second room till 5pm whereas the check-in was at 12pm

Moustache Agra: A Great Place for Friends and Groups I stayed at Moustache Agra recently with a group of friends, and we had a great time. The hostel is in a great location, close to the Taj Mahal and other Agra attractions. It's also very clean and comfortable, with a nice common area where you can meet other travelers. The staff at Moustache Agra is amazing. They are friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They even helped us book tours and transportation. One of the things I liked most about Moustache Agra is that it's a great place to meet other travelers. The common area is a great place to hang out, and there are also a lot of organized activities, such as cooking classes and walking tours. If you're looking for a place to stay in Agra that's affordable, clean, and in a great location, I highly recommend Moustache Agra. It's especially great for friends and groups. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Washroom was so dirty, there were tobacco stains, water was leaking continuously, rooms are tiny, no mirror anywhere except washroom which was super dirty. It was so bad that we checked the next early morning after checking in a night before. Wasted our money on 3 days booking.

It was so comfortable and environment friendly. Best place to stay with family and friends. Everyone should visit once.

The rooms were very bad, paint was wearing off, there was water leakage, room was smelling

Rooms were cleaned, though did not like the food taste…staff were very friendly and very attentive to guests who had been there. They were also able to get a great deal for travel expenses in local shops and shopping

Terrible experience. Rooms and washrooms were stinking. Later, i bought odonil from my own expense. Furthermore, no room service, and flush in washroom was damaged. Instead of 13th november, i checked-in on 14th november at 10:30 am and also, i checked-out on 17th november. In fact, i already informed to makemytrip executive but no feedback or response was given from moustache, agra or makemytrip.

There was no wifi in the room. Only once did the wifi work in the lobby. There was no hot water to take a shower. The rug on the floor smelled bad.

It was on the terrace. So for me it's good. Stayed for few hours only. As weather was nice so ac didn't required for me. Location is good. Budget friendly.

The stay is good overall experience is nice and comfortable

First in first there contact no. Was switch off and secondly the location on the map is given wrong. It took time to find the hotel

The hotel was not maintained, most of the areas were full of dust, the walls were filled with damp, the bathroom had leakage from many areas and the tap was also broken, hopeless stay.

It was a comfortable stay. Perfect if you are just looking for a place to relax and sleep and going outside during the day. The services and decor are excellent for the price being charged for dorms. They also have private rooms. Overall good. But some things can be added such as- curtains in the non-ac dorms and locker facilities for safekeeping valuables. Can recommend for a short stay in agra. The location being close to popular tourist places makes it an ideal place.
