All the images in the ad are not real(as per the room we got) we were given a room where all the paint was dripping off from the ceiling. No hygiene with the bed sheets and washrooms. We asked him twice to change the bed sheets

Firstly we had to wait for more than half hours for the reception person to come to the desk. Then i was given a room which was not as shown in pictures the condition was too bad, no keys were provided as they didn't have it. At night there were too many mosquitoes. It was an unpleasant stay.

No one is there to look after if any problem occur. Like fan, tv, ac, internet, etc. Really had a bad experience

The rooms were rubbish like hell, no proper reception handling sevrice, very bad i should say worst treatment with the customers i would suggest not to stay in such hotel very bad experience

When i was calling the owner before check-in to ask about the location for the stay. He was extremely rude to give me the direction. When i checked in the room was very unhygienic, unpleasant, no warm water, dirty washroom and room condition as well. After checking there were no bottles given so i called for one. They mentioned they do not have sealed bottles, have to fill water from a very dusty water dispenser. We had given a room where the air conditioner didn't work (no cooling ) and when asked the room key so we could lock the room for a while and go out for walks. I was informed they don't have a room key for the room i was given, however they asked me to check-in in another room where fan didn't work, floors were not cleaned and care taker was least bothered to help. And it was a very ****ty experience i would never recommend anyone to come and stay here. I would like a compensation. For such a terrible experience here at lofty seasons

I reached lofty seasons at 2pm. The hotel was stinking of weed and shabby all the way. The receptionist was himself high on weed. He approach was very unprofessional. I asked him to use the common toilet while he was checking with his owner for my booking confirmation. It was pathetic with a dead lizard lying down and not cleaned since ages. While i asked to me to show the room before i checked in as i wasn't sure about the hygiene of the room looking at the receptions and toilets condition. He took me upstairs and the room was untidy from the previous guests and he had the audacity to ask me to wait down for 20 mins as he would get the room ready. I walked out without even spending a single minute at the pathetic and negative place. I was not able to claim the payment dome by me due to non refundable policy.

Sure actually looking forward for feedback this home stay was horrible as owner has no attention on his property at all there is only very young boy hardly 18 years old attending guest who has s not paid for months so he also has no interest. At property rooms and toilets not cleaned for months we cleaned so dirty toilets ourself. There is no drinking water tv, geyser etc. Not working. Owner will not attend calls. Ultimately for me it is highly painful experience from make my trip as i paid full amount in advance.

Room was smelling musky and the looked like they hadn't cleaned the room prior to our arrival. Not strong enough room spray at hotel to mask the musky smell in room

There was no proper management to look after the property. some guys were sitting at reception no proper staff was allotted as reception tv was not working. room was having bad oddur and propoerty was quite old I would not recommend anyone it’s waste of money.

Big rooms comfortable with basic amenities sorted. Staff is very accommodating.

All the basic things right from a mere TV to a clean bathroom, this place is spooky and strange. Door locks were not working, no signboard to locate this property and the room was stinking. On top of that - the contact numbers provided were not working too. what else could you expect!!

My stay at the loftyseason was pathetic. The photos do not match with the actual condition the rooms. The washroom was stinking. The total condition of the hotel is worst.

Wall colour was damaged fan not clean furniture seen broken seen liquor bottles room was not clean bed as o very poor quality

First of all finding entry is very very difficult, the hotel is in a society and its very shady. After i checked in the person was taking us to room. Hotel itself is very dirty bcos i saw garbage in every corner. When i opened the door shoe marks were there all over the floor. Bathrooms was used. Curtains were hung up a in a very strange manner. Bed was dirty. Sofa n table were so old that i didn't even feel like touching it. Extra sofa covers were kept in a corner and overall the whole place was full of dust.

1. Worse hotel and services. No proper system maintain for booking and rooms availability

We did check in by 4pm still there was no room available. Room and washroom was smelly. Towels were not available. We see other customers are also complaining about same thing. We checked out in 2 hours. First time i have experienced this with make my trip. I hae shared my detailed feedback

The experience was extremely pathetic, door knobs were broken. No room keys were provided, no water bathroom taps were broken, cleanliness was extremely poor with cigarette smell all around. I won’t recommend this property to people who are travel-ling with family or with females.
