Good room and near to temple location and bus stand

Amenities bad .. minimum like flush for toilet n flush pump. No bathroom bolts. TV is not available but the place was full of dust where TV was removed. Torn bed sheets were spread .. in no lodge I have seen it. No response from the person when we rang for location. There was landline n mobile number too. I will not recommend anyone

Rooms were dirty and broken doors and furniture. The manager's behaviour was very rude and I cancelled my stay at the hotel.

Rooms were good, Spacious.. Bathrooms were dirty. no hot water. Location was good.. Hotel haven't own kitchen. you can order online food .. Room service was very pathetic.. Hotel doesn't provide cold RO water, you have to buy mineral water bottles from them..

The rooms are not as per the pics recorded. The condition of the services are pathetic. After requesting 3 times was the bed rolls were got not torn. The behaviour of the reception was not proper even i'll say that was rude. There was no any internal telephone service, so if there is needed any service every-time you have to go to reception. Overall, there is nothing as shown in photograps or record available.

Ease of location for people visiting temple. Service & support was good. Rooms were neat and clean.

The stay was average with no basic amenities like soap, towel, good bed sheet, water filter, etc. The bathroom door had holes which made bathing very inconvenient. Room was very small too. But in good part their was hot water and ac available. The hotel is near to periyar bus stand and meenakshi temple just a 5-10 min walk

I was on pilgrimage tour, ants ate away all prasad. A squirrel was observed in toilet. Urgent need for fumigation

They are full cheaters, they cheated on us, i booked the room for 4 personas ( 2 room, but when i went there they said here is no room available you can go in the side hotel name as *hotel lakshmi*and i have to pay again in that hotel, i didn't get any refund or anything from the hotel and from mmt as well.

Hotel located near railway station and bus stand room don't have tv hotel staffs behaving good and overall experience was average. They should give tv and bedsheets are not clean.

Room was good but washroom are not well it is near to all locations to visit the places in madurai and it is connected to railways and bus complex

They are not providing any mention facility is no tv in the room and no drinking water facility. Mosquito disturbance

Pros- my experience was good. I booked one ac and one non ac room. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Parking was there. Water, cleaned bedsheet were provided. Vishnu temple is near. Meenakshi temple is around 1. 5 km. Auto will take 100 rupees for one side. Better go early morning to temple. Try 5am. Cons: mosquitoes were there. I brought my fold-able mosquito net from home, so it saved me.

Poor room condition improper hygiene dirty washroom didn’t even provided towels or cleaned bedsheet.

The room was not so comfortable, very bad bathroom condition, not cleaned and washed, it was not according to what they have mentioned on the portal
