We went with our family and it was horrible. Rooms they provided where AC was not functioning, rooms lock was troubling. After requesting them they changed the room but it was same problem and in one of the bathroom dirty water was coming. For breakfast they told only bread omelet or bread toast. When we got angry then they told okay will give aalu paratha (one piece per person), here again we have to argue. We hand over the keys to them to clean the room when we came back, they did not change the bedsheet, did not change the towel. Bathroom had blockage problem, dirty water problem, door lock problem, soap issue. I should say do not select this property to stay. Swimming pool is so so small. Finally it is not worth.

Room quality was very poor. Swimming pool was a joke. So many unnecessary rules like hostel.

Poor facilities, unhygienic, dirty bedroom

I stayed room. The fan was making a lot of noise. Even the window AC also was making more noise. The cleanliness is very good.

It is budget hotel. Price is as per service.

Hotel is okay for bachelor peoples. Peoples are smoking in swimming pool. Bathroom was leaking. Double deluxe room was like regular ac room.

All staff was good and the owner Rahul is very supportive and nice nature. Awesome experience. The service is very nice.

The caretaker of the property was very polite and cooperative. The location was easy to find. Cleanliness was up to the mark and rooms were comfortable to stay. Good food was served for us. I will recommend the property.

Booked a hotel for 4nights 2 rooms with family. 1 deluxe room and 1 balcony view with extra cost. 1deluxe room was ok. But when we entered balcony view room immediately we had a weird smell. When we asked for a regular room change. He told it will be charged extra. Again the same smell in the room. We asked for an air freshener, guy told they have gone to the market to buy the fresher but it didn't come only. Next day again reminder for an air freshener then he bought. Bathroom was smelling so weird that we can't even enter, so we have to go each time on another room. Finally, we decided to check out immediately on next day. We lost our two nights money breakfast included in the room was just one dish. Bad experience stay.

It was good stay but faced some difficulties in getting wifi, water in wash room. Rest was good

It's nice hotel. Calangute Beach is very nearby and staff is very nice.

Location is super. The main problem in the hotel is the complementary breakfast. Otherwise, all is well.

It was a good experience to stay here. Best part about the place is that there is a beach within 300 meters which is secluded. Had a wonderful time with my buds!
