La Conceicao Beach Resort

First of all room was not hygienic n it was like not as shown in photos, no room service, no blanket no pillow to extra bed, no room cleaning, staffs are very rude, we literally called police at the time of check out to pick our luggage.

Rooms are big but no hot water even in bathroom no hooks to put clothes. Swimming pool is too dirty. No restaurant in hotel. After check out hotel staff asking us extra amount. Totally we are disappointed with the booking

We taken 2 rooms, rooms are not clean, no food even no water, they cheated us.

The place was terrible, the a/c was not cooling, non working tv, cracks all over the wall, no bath or hand towels, third class washroom, no foot mats for bathroom, the telecom doesn't work never ever going to book this place. Had to book another hotel after staying 5hrs in that room

Below average experience. Waited around 1 and half hours for checkin even when i reached post checkin time. Swimming pool was clean, restaurant food was just bad! there was big water issue at the property, had to go out for the basic facilities just because they were taking a lot of time and it was a very frequent issue. It seemed that the property people were not able to manage the bookings and were cancel-ling random bookings. Thankfully i booked through mmt. Overall the experience wasn't nice at all.

There was no electricity and water for long period of time. The washroom door has no lock and stays open. We asked for another room and the management were not inters-ted im providing it. Would never rec-commend this stay

The rooms were beautiful and well maintained with beautiful pool.

Very pathetic stay, rude staff, no internet, no water, no geyser, sub standard rooms given, tv not working, no regular maintainace of room. the images upload by hotel they are very misguiding

Only staff was cooperative, room was not that good, everything looks old and worn out. Breakfast had only two options. At this price, i rather stay at far from beach hotel

Was pretty bad we found a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom as well as on the curtains

no customer service, nothing as per the description. it was completely waste of money

Breakfast and food was not good and room has insects very small ac which not covers whole room. Bathroom fittings are not good. Hot water problem.
