The property is well maintained. All the staff are kind and ready to help. Food is also very good but a little expensive. One point I find disturbing is room size. I booked one bungalow room and 2 deluxe rooms. Room sizes are really small in comparison to the other resorts I stayed with in this price range. I really don't understand why you keep your rooms so small where your property is so huge. Also room maintenance needs to be improved.Rain water entering into the room during heavy rain. Please work on these points and hope next time I will not find these problems.

Experience could have better as I had a bitter experience at the bar section . They served us potato chips which were saugy and not crispy. Upon complaining they did not replace it even . Moreover waiters their were not attentive to our needs , I had to approach them just to ask them to bring tissue paper. Hospitality could have been better. What's the use of paying so much when u are not attended well.

The experience was awesome made particularly, by the personalised hospitality kindness and care of the dining restaurant staffs and manager . The reception and housekeeping staff were also equally caring and helpful. I hope the owner also takes good care of the wonderful and extremely hardworking staff here. The simple people working her have made the experience form good to awesome .

The property was an excellent stay for family. There are a lot of facilities available for both adult and the childen. The food was above expectation and the swimming was the highlight of the resort. I would rate the resort 5 out 5.

Location, stuffs behavior, hospitality of the property has been top notch. Food quality is great. However, more options in the food menu would have been appreciated. Attention needed in logistics like AC, Hair Dryer, etc.

Great foods , hygiene, lots of activities, excellent behaviour of staffs. A place which is very near to Nature. Must visit.

The rooms were clean and luxurious. Ambience was great!The staff were polite and helpful. The food was ok, not exceptional.The only drawback was loud music at all times esp near the restaurant
