Recommended for a nature stay. Very calm and peaceful place. Worth the money. The dinner was average. But stay was really nice. Made the guest comfortable

First of all the access to this place is like finding a needle in a hay stack. No proper direction. Google maps shows a place which is 10 kms away from the property. Finally when we were close to the place we found the roads were in a pathetic condition. Please don't use a vehicle with low ground clearance nor should you use the vehicle which are wider than wagon are. Once you reach, please do not expect a cheerful welcome. Forget a average customer service, a bottle of drinking water was not available. They provided it after a long wait. That's just beginning of our most horrible experience ever. For our luck their motor pump was spoil. At. 2.30 pm they said they would repair it in half an hour's time. It got repaired only after 6.00 pm that too after calling the MakeMyTrip guys repeatedly. At 6.30 pm we thought it would be better but the water was so brown, we felt that we would definitely contract some disease. We asked them to check the water. The response was that it is clean. This was the final blow to my patience. We tried to complain, but they told us on our face that they are not compelling us to stay. When we told them that it was unethical to tell us that, they responded by saying it was their property and they have all the freedom to tell us that we can move out of their property if we don't like it. Yes it's true, but it would have been right if they had asked us to move out before making us stay till 7.00 Pm in the night when there are hardly any other hotels were we could check in. It was a day light robbery and they were not willing to pay us the refund too. Some of my other concerns were there were no toilet rolls and no proper ventilation in the bathroom. There are no fans and they say that the fans are not necessary. Some one need not spend good amount of money per night for 2 rooms in advance to stay in such a bad resort. Instead we can stay in hotels for one fourth the amount.

The place and the team of the hotel are super. The hotel need maybe just a new lifting.

Overall it was a fine stay. Location of the property was very good, but it was difficult to find. Cleanliness was satisfying. People were cooperative. Overall satisfactory stay.

It was a good stay and the location of the property was also good. The property was clean but there was no security and no facilities available at the property. We have to first order the food than they will arrange it from outside. Room was nice, I can recommend this property to others.

If only the hotel was located at a much more accessible place. I get the fact they are trying to make it as close to nature as possible but, I traveled in a four wheel driven car and found it nearly a death experience to climb up 45 degree slopes to reach there. And if you plan on going please don't forget to enjoy the swing they have.

The property was little outside, but a person came from property to receive us but, it took some time. Cleanliness and the security were too good. The property had a very good natural view of the forest. The staff service was very prompt. Homely food was provided and great in taste.

Room was good and Location was peaceful and fresh. Tea garden of owner was good and we went for morning walk there so overall it's amazing experience.
