Worst experience. First of all its a request to all if u are going to book a room in this hotel firstly confirm the availability on call. Coz they will show availability of room but when it will get booked they will deduct your amount and say room is not available. Even they are not going to refund this amount and convince u to make an arrangement in nearby hotel. Pathetic behaviour. No working ethics. No humanity. Bcz of all this i had spent 2 hrs in nearby hotel. Super bakwaas experience

Room was not properly clean and also the door was broken from a side, privacy was not there at all. Poor service, the staff was drunk at the time of receive of us, that was disgusted

It was terrible and was not able to survive, rooms are pathetic in condition, don't pay in advance it wont be refunded.

The hospitality of the staffs were so good, and the owner was a kind heart-ed and an amazing person. I loved staying here. And i will suggest it to my friends and relatives too

This property is renamed as saini stay it's an average one where we slept for a night and checked out early by 7am he didn't allow me to check in early is drawback even though there room available expecting to pay 500+ for earlier 2 hr checkin

Light not working properly. Old room. Phone was not working. Room service not good. But from price prospective it is good.

Although i had low expectations, they actually cleaned the room with the floors before handling the keys. Basic facilities are only expected nothing fancy.

The landlord failed to provide booked accommodation ( deluxe room and hygienic) rather forced to look for an alternative stay thereby causing monetary loss as well as psychological damage. Would prefer to go in consumer court particularly against the landlord of jk house booked through makemytrip

Complimentary free room upgrade not provided. Worst stay so far. Staff spitting in front of guest. No fear or respect for guest even in pure tourist location very surprising. Very poor quality provided.

Overall, i had a great experience with the (jk house; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Staff is not supported if you check in early morning when you pay additional 1day payments very bad experience

I along with my family stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is very difficult to find for their is no display board any where. The condition of the building is miserable. There is no lift and stairs are difficult to climb. We were not provided any soap or towel. Hot water was available. Ppl are friendly and supportive.

Staff was not good and don't eat food in this hotel its terrible wast of money.

Owner changed the location and new location was not good, new location was yash guest house, gali number- 2, hazrat nizamuddin railway station. It was bad experience, i'm really disappointed. If there is no room available then the owner may mark no room left.
