We didnot get any room. The hotel was broken down. Need reimbursement as soon as possible!!! Extremely frustrated. Haven't received any compensation even after calling multiple times. Waiting for final call

Won't give water to customers, unclean, walls have no meaning i could hear other guests moan, outside food not allowed, food made by them is pathetic.
