Hotel Trance Ganga

I haven’t checked in that day because my booking was already canceled with consent of hotel owner and make my trip team assured me to refund my whole amount.

Hotel quality was very bad. No tv no wifi was there. No proper parking facility and kitchen also was not clean.

Very bad experience during the stay with Hotel Trance Ganga. Not a single facility available shown. Humialiating behaviour at reception, unhygienic conditions in rooms,dirty badly maintained washrooms,last but not the least highly unprofessional behaviour of staff.

Mixed review standard double room ( booked 3 rooms) room had a window which looks into a shaft. Shift was so dirty that we could not lift the blinds. Beadsheets were not clean in some rooms intercom or exhaust in bathroom was not working no soaps / mugs in bathroom soap dispenser was broken wooden panels on the wall were dirty and broken cupboards were not clean room did not have a ventilation source. So room smelled bad and musty. Windows were fixed ones. They have solr panel. We had to waste 2-3 buckets of water to get slightly warm water. Since there is no geyser you will only get warm water for bathing and not hot water key holder was broken good things about the hotel is ganga is just 20 mtrs from the place and biting also takes place. There was kettle in each room which was good food was good but it took long to prepare thrill factory is just 5 min away from hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel staff was very polite. It was a very neat and clean place.

Hotel was fair enough to stay clean and good service but charge is little bit high.

really terrible stay! cockroach🪳all over room and bathroom. shouting by other guests. terrible cleanness. even food menu stinks😷.

charge me extra money for room booking. i paid for 2 room but when i rchd to hotel and ask there for 1 room extra they charge me 2800 per room including breakfast. i was surprised charged me double price for same room.

Its a poor Hotel, with no service, no cleanliness. Its not a Hotel, its a Dharamshala. I paid challan for parking my car in front of Hotel. The area was given to me by the sitting at reception. Later police informed that its a no parking zone. Never go there.

Lack of staff 2 or 3. Limited food option dinner included dal, mix veg and paneer. No starters, no soup, nothing apart from the above. Cockroach all around the place. Sewage problem in washroom. No service. Good property but terrible management and very unhygienic.

Very bad, don't go for this property, over price, very bad rooms, service and bathroom

Worst room I have seen ever. Dirty linen no cleaning smelly room

I have visited along with my family. Attended very late. I have carried my luggage myself. No water to drink in rooms. Staff was so rude. No hot water in bathrooms. So risky as no staff available in night to attend even for water. Restaurant is so pathetic where no waiter to attend us. I have booked 3 rooms where one of the room do not have key. AC was not working. For TV DTH was not recharged so many things for which hotel management has to think.

Location is best as it is situated just beside Ganga. Food quality was very good, tasty. The Hotel staff seemed to be new but their behaviour was good.

It was worst experience. Which I have ever had. We stayed in Trance Ganga for a night. Rooms were okay. But worst service, and staff. Staff was not helpful at all. Very poor service quality. No one was bothered to listen after multiple reminders. WiFi was not working, TV was not working, intercom phone was not working, restaurant staff was not courteous to take the order. I would really not recommend anyone to this considering poor service and hospitality ethics.

Rooms are big spacious and clean. Water in the wash room is very dirty. Hardly any option in the menu to eat everything is unavailable. Cable TV not working they told they have not recharged it. Mr owner really need to visit the property and improve.

Hotel didn't respond to our call. They always forget order and it took 2 hours to get dinner. Receptionist said they only have 1 person in kitchen and 1 for serving 20 rooms. They weren't able to serve tea in the morning and have to check out early because of terrible service. At check out they didn't knew what we ordered there weren't any record of anything and they asked us about what we ate and even the price of that meal. Perfectly ruined our trip.

It was a comfort and wonderful stay

No transport was available, non responsive staff and no proper breakfast.
