It's a good place to stay at that average price. Breakfast and dinner provided by them was delicious and healthy. Valley view outside room is also beautiful.

Thank you for booking with us we are very glad to host you at the property. But sir you booked on map plan that means you will get only one breakfast and one major meal and we serve you dinner as per the booking but lunch is not included in your rate plan. That's why we charged for lunch.

Worst hotel in shimla

Undoubtedly this hotel is the worst property of shimla. Cannot be recommended at all. It should not be booked by any guest or travel agent even when its the last hotel option available in shimla. Rooms hygiene is very bed. Tobacco spitting marks are all over the floor. Walls are in poor condition. Bathroom is not clean and unhygienic. Light wires are coming out of walls (the reason my guest left hotel as his 2 year old childs safety was his priority. Overall the hotel owner denied every time to the guest, to service customer care about all the problems faced by guests. Such property shouldn't be listed

Hotel staff charged 600 rs extra at the time of check in. As i was late to reach the property they knew he has only this option to stay.

Bedsheet and blankets are very dirty uses again and again without washing it, rooms services not available, rooms are dirty floors are not clean for a long time and i am very disappointed to mmt for showing this hotel in 3 star

I booked this place as it was showing the pictures good enough to stay there. And then the worst thing happened: owner called some1 to give us another space, the space was like a garbage box, we tried to find out another place nearby but we couldn't get any. We were helpless and decided to stay there anyhow! we cleaned the room and washroom for our use, as the person we met there said they just sanitized the place, but we were not able to touch anything there. Guys please do not ever trust these people.
