The location of the Hotel is little far away from Agra Fort or Bijali Ghar. The service of the Hotel staff is good. But when we check out from the Hotel. The Hotel receptionist demand the extra money besides food on the behalf of service charge then I have said we have already paid the service charge through online payment. But he didn't hear my talk

The room was spacious but was to bad washroom is very bad, hotel room water service is very bad taste of water, too too late service, water droplets comes on bed from upside, value of money in good, but the food was very costly and the taste and amount was not good. TV was not working properly and room wall was too poor.

Good option for stay here. Food was good, but little higher rates.
Allover it was good, but they tried to fool us by adding service charge in rough bill and when we asked for GST bill. They asked to pay actual basic amount and waved off the service charge which is actually not applicable.
