It was good experience, washroom neat and clean

First of all its a dormitory only for males, secondly it is at a walking distance from mg metro station, thirdly the price is quite low according to the services provided, fourth the washrooms are clean. Dont forget to carry a lock as they dont provide one for your storage box. Moreover if you're on a business trip paid breakfast and laundry services are provided.

Most of the time they switch off the ac. Every time you need to ask to on ac. 2nd point i asked them to change bedsheet. Gentleman said not available today. 3rd point i asked them to give 12 non check out. They denied. Location is good. Bed was good and comfortable. Over all stay was good except above points

I read the house rules before booking the stay. There were no restrictions on ordering the food late night. The caretaker kept arguing that nobody orders this late. Very unprofessional attitude and behavior. No tissues in washrooms. Paean spits were all over the staircases. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would prefer to spend extra money just to avoid such experience.

For 500 you got the best confi single bed, great if just need to spend the time for sleep nothing luxurious and don't wanna spend a lot. One thing that once you come 1st time it's little confusing that you are at right place.

I not received my cancellation amount till now. I booked by mistake and immediately informed to hotel & mmt executive also. Requesting you to please revert my booking amount.

The stay was just fine since it was an ac dormitory. However, no complaints on cleanliness. I got bed #18 which was okaish. You can get food just by stepping out of the hotel. The main advantage in staying here is the howrah railway station is about 2. 5km away which could be suitable for regular travelers. Also, a much important note is that it is for male customers only. Filtered water is available for drinking. Washrooms are okay. Bathing available. Keeping all these in mind i felt the cost is bit high since we can get a single ac room hotel with a similar price point. But, nevertheless it was okay for a day or two stay.

Good locality affordable pricing

There is no cleanliness, staff is very bad they don't know how to talk to people, there is too much bedbugs. I don't even able to rest and after this type of hospitality they need tip which is mandatory or they will take it forcefully from you tooooo bad to stay.

A very good hotel, awesome stay, very hygenic, washrooms are also very clean, they clean every corner of the room very properly. Very friendly staff and this hotel is in a very good location, metro station is very close by and also the bua stands. Overall an excellent hotel.

Our dormatry was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel
