First of all, the manager's behavior was rude, and he lacked the courtesy to speak to us properly. Secondly, he denied our check-in even though we had prepaid, claiming that the amount paid was insufficient. This caused a delay of almost half an hour before we could finally enter. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was not working, which required us to change rooms, the tv was also not working and so on. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

No food at night and gate closes at 10:30 pm. Also it is not a hotel. Kind off home stay and there is no room service.

Good place to chill and eat. Also staff behaviour is polite. Refer friends and family for their future journey.

Very very pleased environment also the people here are very very friendly you can really feel this like normal home i would say i never expected such beautiful stay here in rishikesh with such good and pleasant people.

the hotel is charging 900 rs extra as oyo has not paid the full amount. i had to pay the extra amount

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Rooms were well maintained, they were clean and hygienic. Outskirts and corridor was attractive and photogenic.

You cannot eat outside food there and food they prepare is full satvik types even they don't allow to eat in room you have to move to dinning room for eating. Rooms are average but they charge for gst also even payments are already made booking. There phone provided in the room was even not working and also you cannot roam after 10:30 pm in city. So if you are planning for one day visit in rishikesh pls be aware of these points thank you

Perfectly maintained hotel with warm staff. Nice clean rooms and washrooms. Wouls definitely recommend it.

Pathetic home service. The gate opens late in the morning can't go for ganga bath.

There is a gate open timing in this Oyo. staying in Rishikesh, if you want to go for Ganga bath, you need their permission to open the gate in the early morning. there is no dinning facility but the visitors are not allowed to bring outside food also. There is no lift facility. Homeservice is very poor. You need to wait for 30 minutes for the home service to bring drinking water.

no food, no blanket, no facilities no amenities as per mentioned. please call. no towel no glass for water to drink. drink.

I stayed with family at mayakund oyrooms 79131 yog1, it is good enough for small family stay but not for large families. Car parking is not there.

Hospitality is worst need to work more on hospitality standard which directly affect basic ethics of hotel industry

Only negative is there is no power backup. When light goes off it was frustrating. Staff behaviour is good

The room was very small fir two people to stay and had no decent mirror.
