Terrible Stay

When we reached the hotel the person who was present at the reception stated that we don't accept booking. He advised us to book some other hotel as the price paid by you is less. After some negotiation he agreed to allow us to stay at the hotel. In the evening he again demanded some more money which we denied. He asked as when you will leave the hotel next morning. We replied that as per the policy of hotel. He stated that leave at 0930 hrs. As at 0930 i will close the doors of hotel and you should leave the hotel before 0930 hrs.

Basic hotel

Hotel is very basic, or i might say just to sleep nothing else, everything is broken or just not working stage. I am giving full ratings just because of their solo staff virender, he made my stay like am not a guest, am there family member, which touched my heart.

So called manager's attitude was pathetic. The Hotel has most unprofessional staff of the universe. What so ever may be the reason. Should not stay in this pathetic place.
