We were told to cancel our booking as there is no room available, even though booking was non refundable. They took 500 bucks more for letting us stay. We had to ask for everything either for bathroom supplies or blankets. Bathroom was in worst condition. So unhygienic

soloHotel is located in prime location. This is the only advantage. Flush not working in toilet, heater not working, exhaust fan not working. Room has not been cleaned & full of dust. Breakfast (complimentary) was not provided since there is no kitchen in the hotel never expected such a hotel

Not worthy

Poor serving quality, worst cleaning i have ever seen, too slow room services. Works don't respond when you want something they always need almost 40min. Even just for a water bottle.

Rooms are pathetic location, no parking you will get, rooms are dirty, no curtains in room, manager/owner were very rude too, doesn't know hospitality at all. I won't recommend anyone
