All staff members were business friendly and understood corporate traveler needs. Professional service from check in to check out.

The stay was terrible. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful. The washroom reeked of a disgusting toilet stench. There was no room cleaning, no food, no water, and not a single amenity provided. Worst of all, there was no water in the bathroom in the morning. The mattress and pillows stank, likely from poor hygiene. The wardrobe was infested and damaged by termites. The AC was useless and centrally controlled, giving guests no control over comfort. Overall, it felt like a rundown, mismanaged place with zero regard for basic cleanliness or hospitality. Absolutely pathetic experience.
