Terrible Stay

The entrance was shabby and nobody was there at reception. One room boy was there. He asked us to come at 12 noon for checking in. This is the first time that I am facing such a problem while booking. In all my earlier stays the hotels had checked us in as soon as we reached the hotel.
We did not stay in this hotel since we reached Kolhapur by 8.30 am and they were not ready to check us in till 12 noon. As we could not wait till that time we checked into another hotel.
