Hotel O SoHo

It was bad experience no availability of gysers, soap and towel, unclean washroom and pilow. The guy who was at reception was just because of him i am gave this property average rating otherwise it was an terrible experience.

The hotel staff was not good. At the time of checkin at 10 pm the person at reception asked for rs 500 extra because he said the rates are less. It was night so i said will give you during the time of check-out. During checkout he was not allow-allowing the checkout and was asking for rs 500 extra. I had to involve mmt team to get this sorted which waist-ed an hour of mine. You should duelist this property from mmt.

Property's location was good and the staff was helpful with all your issues. They don't have a kitchen so you've to figure out about your food yourself

It's very bad because fir-sly denied for check in every time ask extra money and also no any day clean or any thing also mostly every thing not clean like blanket pillow and ch-adder all thing. Right not out side i will provide in night

We have never checked in this hotel, as hotel care taker answered on call - sir yaha marriage hai. Main room nahi de sakta, aap koi aur room dhund lijiye. This all i have informed to customer care team but no help i was offered. Check and please refund my money

terrible. horrible stay, they refused to give room making excuses, then they offered an inferior room with no tv & no amenities, i refused to compromise and shifted another property near them.

Very cheap and unhygienic place to live. Rooms were very small and suffocated.

All the amenities were good, rooms were neat and tidy. Good for this range. However, washroom was a bit suffocating without exhaust fans. Pls place exhaust fan in bathroom. Overall was a good and peaceful stay.
