Very bad experience I have faced regarding this room and hotels facilities.

We write to inform you that I was book 2 rooms from MakeMyTrip very bad experience regarding hotels facilities for example cleanliness, not give proper bed sheet which was very dirty, geyser and charging plugs not working and most worst thing is I have book two rooms but when I check in hotel they told to me only one room is available. I feel shameful between my colleges because I was booked that room. It's my small request to you kindly refund full amount to me it's very big financial loss to me and never suggest to book hotels from MakeMyTrip.

Worst ever experience of my life room 102

I with my colleague had some short stay planned near Mahipalpur. To our fortune, we planned for Delhi darshan during the day and later at night we had a flight at 0200h. Hardly we stayed for 3 hours and were made to experience how bad a hotel can get. Foul smelly moist and humid room, leaking air conditioner with a bucket placed to collect the water, dirty wine-stained bed sheet, no blanket provided, irresponsible staff on phone call who blamed me for not being able to locate the hotel (thanks to faulty Google maps and fake online names of such cheap hotel). Flush not working in the toilet, no hot water facility, a corroded geyser that may burst anytime, exhaust fully covered with cardboard that makes stink inside the bathroom (but trust me, the bathroom smelled better than fermented moist paint inside the room). Faucet for a wash was broken and only knob control die to which you need to be a gymnast in performing acrobatic skills and wash your assets, the hotel staff is busy on phone and tend to forget your demands until you interrupt them thrice. After parties till night 0100h were on and staff were dangling and banging loud on the reception desk. Could also see something fishy going on in the locality. The road leading to this hotel has potholes and open gutters. Reach there only if you have sharp drive manoeuvre skills, no taxi is ready to enter inside the street. Food is not served from their kitchen, they also simply Swiggy.

Not qualified to be a hotel

(1) Cab couldn't reach the hotel because it is at a dead-end of narrow, unfinished road. (2) They did not have keys to the room and even had the absurdity to suggest I leave it unlocked if I had to step out. (3) TV was stuck on one channel. (4) Stained bedsheets, noting to cover myself in summer day. (5) The dirty floor in the room and bathroom wasn't clean either. (6) At checkout when I pointed out the problem, I was told that I had the 'best room' and that other guest usually fought to be in that room.

Rooms are clean but need lots of maintenance especially toilets are not clean

Rooms were clean, host was friendly. However, the toilets were not clean. I got a shock touching the heater in the bathroom. Stay away from it and ask help from host. They are not safe at all.
