Terrible mismanagement

Upon reaching the hotel, the manager straight refused me to provide me a room with listed amenities lik TV, towels, toiletries. They said Spot On bookings won't get such room. I even called MMT support, 1:30 hours of conversation and nothing. Later that night I was suffocating as there was no proper ventilation. I booked for 2 nights, after first night I realised that starting there is impossible, so I asked for an upgrade to AC room which cost me additional And even then, there was no dustbin in that room, bed sheet was literally torn and used, towel of the previous day wasn't replaced. Worst experience ever.

Stay was awesome but rooms were not that clean
