Hotel O Royal INN

Hi i stayed in this room, there are no bathroom lights and fan was not working, bad smell in room very bad maintenance.

In short it was nightmare. When we first arrived we were denied stay stating that booking id mismatch but eventually we discovered that it was not the case. The reception guy was looking at incorrect id. We were allotted a small room which had very dirty linen, blankets and cobwebs and dirt everywhere. When we asked for clean sheets and blankets they denied. Coming to washroom there cigarette dirty inners hanging and extremely unhygienic. There were also roaches and bed bugs. We bought new sheets just to sleep for the day.

Very unhygienic and unbeatable hotel. Please don't choose this hotel on seeing the photographs. Very unpleasant stay. Horrible.

Poorly managed rooms, very very arrogant staffs. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Really very bad experience

The bedsheet was washed but had stains, even the blankets were brown as if overused. The cupboards and all had dust every where.

I booked the hotel from mmt, but when i reached the hotel, the manager declined my check in saying that no rooms are available and behaved very rudely.

This absolutely pathetic excuse of a hotel

The reception told the hotel is overbooked and declined checkin of a week's booking

I have booked and paid the amount but still i haven't received my room process for refund

There is nobody available to attend, also no drinking water provided, no soaps in bathroom, no mobile or laptop charging points available, pillow cover was not cleaned, also towel is not washed and used one given, only a small boy was there to attend in the whole premises, and he knows only kannada language not even english or hindi, overall bad experience

After our bad experience before this day. we booked this hotel for 1 day and it's average for that price. we took 3 rooms and the rooms are not up to the mark and very poor service😢and they are asking us to move to 2 rooms and we denied. Totally bad. some what good in this hotel.

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever.

They kept invading my privacy and personal saftey

Should be better in facilities

1. Water clogged in wash basin 2. Refuse to provide breakfast as it is in my booking plan by Make my trip. 3. Not provide mineral water.

I paid for breakfast with booking via MMT. They charged at counter full amount and not even they gave breakfast. Unprofessional employees working there. Will never recommend this to anyone. Fooling people that also in HSR layout.

Landline phones not working, no life you need to walk through stairs till third floor with the luggage, not food available, ac not working properly.

Situated at good location. As on main road, it's easily accessible. Food is not served in hotel. Room cleanliness was average. I could see cockroaches occasionally. Washroom cleanliness is below average. Zero hospitality. The person on counter was arrogant. I reached before time and he told me that he can provide the room only by 11 am, which one can understand. But he didn't even allow me to wait in reception. Also he told me that there is balance amount of rs 1.5k which I need to pay before I check-in. When I called Oyo customer care he was unhappy. I put the phone on speaker and when the customer care guy told him that no balance is pending, finally he agreed.

Good stay hotel was located very next to highway easily accessible.
