Hotel O Shiv Vatika Banquet & Rooms

The room was nice and clean. Location is good too, in the sense that it is close to main road but not exactly on the main road which is a good point. AC was not working properly and warm water was not available for bathing. Also, the handwash didn't smell pleasant. Other things was nice. Hotel is affordable and the rooms were fantastic.

Not recommended at all for families specially, place is not maintained, washrooms are a disaster specifically. They violate the policy mentioned in makemytrip about unmarried couples not allowed still no action is taken. That is still acceptable but not maintaining the property is the worst.

The state of the property is extremely pathetic. The rooms are cleaned just for show. There was waster on the room floor right outside the first "cleaned" room that was offered, the bed wasn't made. So we asked for a different room. The next room was still under cleaning. On checking further i saw the toilet was filthy! the curtain in the room hasn't been changed in years and the sheets were stained. There was dust everywhere. The staff was unhelpful and on asking about checkout their response was "i'm sure you had checked before booking, it's the same rooms. I assure you the photo's are nothing alike to what's actually there. Would never visit this filthy place again.

Hotel was good but the maintenance was bad. Water was salty like sea water and like drainage water. Water in the morning was not available from 4am to 9am. No soap, shampoo provided. Towel upon asking provided. Wash room was not clean. Toilet seat was broken. But location was good

Very bad attitude of receptionist, they don't need business, everything is in a mess, no clean toilets, no clean room, feels haunted, a cup of tea also not available there. Feeling angry to have visited there, could not spend even night, wasted money, just booked other hotel and left at 9 o clock evening when our checkout was on next day 11. How u can stay there if u even can't get a cup of tea. Sorry to have wasted time and money, very bad

Location was very nice, big rooms with basics needs, staff were cooperative in nature, got a hassle free check in thanks shiv vatika

Doors without handle. No hot water for bath. No set-top box for tv. No clean areas either bathroom or room. You can't call it a hotel stay at any sense.

No breakfast no tea

Denied check in on time as the hotels system had issues with check in option. Breakfast has bread butter and 1 option (poha/ idli), not that great in taste, hot water only available for 3 hours in morning. Pathetic experience.

Staff communication very rude on call, they don't need business.

Overall good but receptionist communication was very rude.

Not clean at all. The bed sheet and bathroom. No proper hot water. Not at all comfortable. Not satisfied.
