Hotel O sapphire inn

I have requested for early check-in but hotel management although had vacant room but they asked me to pay extra charge for early check-in and I have to pay. I was not provided any bill for extra charge. I have booked 2x room but I have been provided very small room having arrangements for a single person such as space, chair and other like things. I have been provided room at fourth floor while the fourth floor was not allowed in the hotel by MCD as per notice affixed on the wall of stairs. Lift was also not working properly.

Other all are good only surrounding is not good

With the family still looking for, even after calling the hotel repeatedly, there was a lack of coordination, I was told repeatedly that you will receive the reception by calling the hotel staff, But no staff called us nor did we come to the reception at 10 in the night. While the hoteliers kept asking us where we were waiting for hours, I was forced to turn around several hotels.

Just poor service and no sense of talking by receptionist

All are good. But classic room size very small. No properly walking space in room. Manager behaviour are so nice.

Plz dont cheat to the customer.

Hotel is situated at worst place. In a very small corner. Believe me if you are traveling with any female friend then you will be bothered about the location.
First of all the area, area in which hotel is situated is worst. It was difficult to find the hotel. My mood was destroyed because of that in the starting. Then the room I got was very small compared to what I expected. Then when you go to a auto-rickshaw to reach to hotel they say the area is not good and if you are traveling with a female friend. This got me worried as I was travelling with my female friends. I checked out of the hotel within an hour and looked manually for the hotel which is on the main road no matter how costly it was.

Food was horrible and room service was worst.

Good stay and cooperative hotel staff. A good hotel but not on good location.

Location is just opposite new Delhi railway station.
Interior design good, location is very good but situated in a very narrow gali, staff very co-operative.

Staff was not very cordial. Faced problem in location. There was no call from the hotel. At one point of time I was going to cancel as they were disallowing the visiting guest but later on they agree.

Room provide towels are old, geyser and bathroom water flow is slow, can survive for short duration, a pp should improve hotel quality.
