rude behaviour of manager when he knows about I have booked , he provided me used room in which his staff was sleeping and he doesn't even change bedsheet/pillow cover, when I told him to change he used abusive words to me common bathroom was provided no extra amenities was provided....it was like PG room...worst experience....pay extra money & go to extra hotel but not this one...... if you have not done payment before check in from any hotel booking, they ask for hotel extra charges...

I mean in am interested. To give feedback bavk. The manager misbehaved with me had to call the police in order to get a room. Which was not mentioned in the application. He was playing games and offering me common washroom room. And had to get police help otherwise the hotel manager was like i won't give the room go from here just coz i had soft copy of my identity proof

Toilet was far from the room( about 10 meter. Bedsheets and pillow cover were used. Receptionist was not well mannered. It was so bad that i had to change my accommodation in evening. Other guest staying in the hotel were playing music as if they are dancing in a wedding. Room was so small that it barely fitted a bed and a side table. No windows in the room (stinky.

Hotel management was worst, they asked us to use common toilet and ask to sleep in a coat despite we had pure booked room and payment was also done. They changed our room three times and not a single time they change bedsheet or towel.
