Hotel O Red Velvet Classic Near Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport

one of the worst service received from makemytrip already paid the amount but hotel owner denied the booking after that contact with Customer care but did not provide the service anyways this is my last with makemytrip

I booked this room to spend few layover ours between two flights. Room was not clean, there were stains on the basin . Bathroom seems not cleaned for months. TV was broken. Used bedsheet and pillow covers. The front desk staff was good and friendly and no complain about that part.

The hotel was terrible, the manager demanded extra cash and behaved very rudely with me.

Room was vary dirty. No water supply

Room is not well mentained and bathroom also. Ac remote is also not working.

Found noisy room as it is near to high way

Everything was untidy and when i was leaving the hotel in morning they locked the main door i never seen hotel like this totally

Dirty bath, not clean blanket on bed, unwilling staff to work.
