Worst experience, pathetic customer service

Worst mistake i have ever done by opting this property. They ask for money and will force you to give else they will not allow to let you in. I reach out to them at midnight night they denied for checking without extra money. Even they don’t inform once i call them in after to inform i will come late. They just wait for the opportunity so they can take money from you. Not give single water bottle no towel, dirty room, stain on bedsheets hair everywhere and smelly washroom with washbasin tap not running. Even after asking again and again don’t clean the room.

Unhygienic bed sheets , pillow . Lots of hairs lying around . Floor was full of dirt n soil at room . Bathroom was stinking . Frequent power cuts with no backup

businessNot sure if Oyo area manager is doing any surprise visit and checks. Pathetic to understand it's a 4 days old new hotel . Dangerous wire hang around the property, still under semi construction. Rooms are shabby and dirty . Beda n sheets are stinky n hairs lying around . Floors were not swept clean , bathroom stinked . Horrible experience and guess oyo has this reputation and if these properties are flagship , god save customers
