Hotel O Moghalarajpuram Formerly Akshaya Delight

Was given an AC room that had lizards over the bed and the AC remote wasnt functioning. Was given another room after request which was non AC and had the paint peeling off and rats running around. Pathetic.

Not washed/fresh lenin on bed washroom was to dirty and water leakage from heater. No towels. Fan making full noise. Pillow were too bad. Floor not cleaned properly. Walls with full of dust and room were full of bed smell.

mentioned hotel name and photos is different and in reality it's completely different. Misleading . There is no lift, no proper maintenance overall. Not at all recommended.

The first thing in the hotel name is that it's different from the actual. And they showed rooms are nearly but actual room was terrible experience. Rooms are not cleaned at all

There is no hotel with the name there. Some other shady hotel with reception. Photos are morphed. They are running a scam with OYO and Makemytrip. If you book a room with discounted price they first deny it and then on argument they give u a room in 4th floor. Twist is they keep the lift power line off and then force us to climb. If u dont take the room and not checkin there is no refund. Finally the hotel is benefitted. Worst part is makemytrip is useless in entire resolution. Their IVR dont work even if you wait for 15 min in reception. Later when it finally connected they said why didnt u wait more. We couldn’t give u refund because u didnt wait untill the call js connected.

Don't trust the reviews blindly. Not at all a good stay. Can be a problem with family and alone also.
