familyi have booked 4 rooms they gave me 3 rooms said we dont have 4 rooms and didnt gave extra bed even pillow we were 11 person and they dont give a dam at last he said will give refund

Can't find this hotel for 3 and half hour, after that book another another hotel even so many times called on make my trip as well but noresponse from them. For future never ever rec9mand this hotel for any booking. The location of this hotel not even to find out.
