very terrible experience at hotel
location of property out of reach from four wheeler vehicle no direct way to reach the property and food of hotel is very bad they have no facility for preparing food at your hotel arranging food outside like a Thali system .timing for dinner breakfast not on time so we could notget breakfast and dinner at Hotel inspite of already paying payment for that, behaviour of staff very rudely at the time of check out in morning we could not get breakfast on time in spite of repeated request on yesterday night that please provide breakfast on time before check out, no person available at counter for pick up in phone for any help and behave very rudely, very terrible experience at Hotel during staying at Hotel when we contact MakeMyTrip customer care very helplessly I call 3 to 4 time at Make my customer care and talk to Mr Rakesh Mr Ajay And other customer care for my problems look like helpless not solve my problem very bad experience about MakeMyTrip booking and customer service

Our stay at Hotel Shyama Grand Regency in Ayodhya was extremely disappointing and far from what one would expect from a hotel claiming decent hospitality standards. We checked in on Diwali day, and there was complete mismanagement in the hotel. When we tried to raise our concerns, the so-called manager, casually replied, “Manage for a day, it’s Diwali — everything will be fine tomorrow.” This was the beginning of a very unpleasant experience. The next morning, when we went to ask for breakfast (which was included in our booking), we had to literally wake Mr. Shukla up at 8:30 AM. His response was shockingly rude — “You won’t get breakfast, the cook hasn’t come. I’m not going to make it myself.” After repeatedly requesting, he reluctantly handed over three pieces of bread with almost no butter — that was our “included breakfast.” The room conditions were unhygienic — dirty bedsheets, no dustbins, and no pillow covers. The rooms were filled with mosquitoes, and when we asked for a repellent, we were given an empty “All Out” machine. Upon asking for a refill, we were handed a bottle filled with sanitizer instead of mosquito liquid — completely unsafe and careless. I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care to report the issues. Shortly after, approached me saying, “So, you’ve complained about me — they gave me quite an earful.” However, his attitude changed back to arrogance within half an hour. When I requested room cleaning later, his response was outright threatening and disrespectful — “Move out of my way, I’m getting angry.” He even boasted that the property belongs to the Mayor, as if that gave him the right to mistreat guests. Overall, the stay was terrible — poor hygiene, zero professionalism, and an extremely rude manager. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayodhya. There are plenty of better and more hospitable options available nearby.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this hotel, and I want to warn others before they go through the same trouble. We booked this property , but when we reached the hotel, they refused to provide a room, despite our booking being confirmed and fully paid in advance. Our family, including two small children, had to wait for over 3 hours in Adyoga while trying to get a replacement from MakeMyTrip. It was extremely stressful and exhausting, especially with kids who were tired after the long journey. The hotel staff and manager were completely irresponsible—they showed no concern or willingness to help. The owner himself told us to cancel the booking and clearly said that they would not provide any room. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. The replacement hotel that MakeMyTrip offered was 10 km away from the city, located in a remote area, and in very poor condition—definitely not suitable for a family stay. We felt completely helpless and disappointed. To make matters worse, our booking was non-refundable, so we ended up losing our money for something that wasn’t our fault at all. It was truly a pathetic experience, wasting our time, money, and peace of mind.

If you would like to experience the most unprofessional check in you ever saw in your life, book this hotel. If you would like to get room which seems not at all match the Photos you saw in the Hotel description, this is for you. If you order breakfast for 8:30 and it shall be delivered at 9:15, but no tea or coffee only Paratha and water. If you don't mind all that and many things more, you can stay in this place. But after a Darshan of Sri Ram you may enjoy it all, as a karmic movie of Maya, but if you want to experience a different movie then don't book Shyama Grand.

First of all they stayed me at another hotel names Hotel RL Palace due to saying there was some electricity issue. second they had not provided me breakfast even after request and showed voucher where mentioned breakfast included.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Shyama Grand Rejency..though some issues were there like lift was not available, food service was very very slow which we had to face.moreover leakage from the ceiling was there in all rooms.but the staff was very polite and cooperative..they helped us a lot..also it is connected to the main road so ram mandir,hanuman garhi,saryu ghat,etc were very near from this place...I would recommend everybody to stay here...

Dear Team, I am writing this as a very dissatisfied guest after my recent stay at your Ayodhya property. who has spent over half a lakh on bookings through MMT in the last year alone, I expect a certain minimum level of service, comfort, and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly request a full refund. To begin with, the location shown on Google Maps was incorrect, and when highlighted to the hotel staff, instead of assisting us they were rude and insisted we were wrong, leaving us to struggle with our luggage to find the property. Despite the official check-in time being 12 noon, when we arrived around 1 pm one of the rooms was still not ready, and we were brushed off with a casual “5 minutes” response. Room service was equally unacceptable – we ordered tea in the evening, and even after 1.5 hours it was not delivered; our calls to reception went unanswered and we had to walk down two floors just to cancel the order. The most shocking experience came when we had an early train to catch at 4 AM but discovered there was no water supply in the bathrooms, forcing us to again walk down two floors to get the water turned on. The fan in one room was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it running, while the hotel was infested with mosquitoes and the only so-called solution provided by management was an Allout machine. Requests for extra towels were ignored, the staff’s general attitude was careless and unhelpful, and to top it all, at checkout early in the morning there was no one available to help us with our luggage. Overall, the hotel failed on basic hospitality, hygiene, and service standards, and this experience was not just disappointing but stressful and frustrating. I expect a full refund for this booking

Pathetic Experience !!
we reached at property, and they denied for check-in mentioning some power cut problem, also the person who was on phone, took too long to pick-up after several attempts. He was very rude and misbehaving. No pre-intemation given, neither from property nor from MMT side. Then they arranged another property, very far from Shyama Regency, and main Rampath Road. All our planning to stay nearby to centre area (temples) got disturbed !!!
