Hotel Shyama Grand regency

rooms looked in good condition and the food test very bad, No hygiene was provided images were coming in the bathrooms and bedrooms .

Rooms interior is good,but water leakage is coming in bed rooms bed.and badly seepage is coming in the bathroom, Food service very poor.

First of all they stayed me at another hotel names Hotel RL Palace due to saying there was some electricity issue. second they had not provided me breakfast even after request and showed voucher where mentioned breakfast included.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Shyama Grand Rejency..though some issues were there like lift was not available, food service was very very slow which we had to face.moreover leakage from the ceiling was there in all rooms.but the staff was very polite and cooperative..they helped us a lot..also it is connected to the main road so ram mandir,hanuman garhi,saryu ghat,etc were very near from this place...I would recommend everybody to stay here...

Basic facilities are available. Lift is not working . Staff members are cooperative. Not feeling delighted.

Dear Team, I am writing this as a very dissatisfied guest after my recent stay at your Ayodhya property. who has spent over half a lakh on bookings through MMT in the last year alone, I expect a certain minimum level of service, comfort, and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly request a full refund. To begin with, the location shown on Google Maps was incorrect, and when highlighted to the hotel staff, instead of assisting us they were rude and insisted we were wrong, leaving us to struggle with our luggage to find the property. Despite the official check-in time being 12 noon, when we arrived around 1 pm one of the rooms was still not ready, and we were brushed off with a casual “5 minutes” response. Room service was equally unacceptable – we ordered tea in the evening, and even after 1.5 hours it was not delivered; our calls to reception went unanswered and we had to walk down two floors just to cancel the order. The most shocking experience came when we had an early train to catch at 4 AM but discovered there was no water supply in the bathrooms, forcing us to again walk down two floors to get the water turned on. The fan in one room was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it running, while the hotel was infested with mosquitoes and the only so-called solution provided by management was an Allout machine. Requests for extra towels were ignored, the staff’s general attitude was careless and unhelpful, and to top it all, at checkout early in the morning there was no one available to help us with our luggage. Overall, the hotel failed on basic hospitality, hygiene, and service standards, and this experience was not just disappointing but stressful and frustrating. I expect a full refund for this booking

The fan was very noisy, bathroom was not properly clean and according to room prices were very high.

dental kit and sleeper service not available,need to generate for during light cut. Food quality not good very slow fooding service

No proper rooms flies were there felt like scam would never recommend anyone to go there.Staff was good

we reached at property, and they denied for check-in mentioning some power cut problem, also the person who was on phone, took too long to pick-up after several attempts. He was very rude and misbehaving. No pre-intemation given, neither from property nor from MMT side. Then they arranged another property, very far from Shyama Regency, and main Rampath Road. All our planning to stay nearby to centre area (temples) got disturbed !!!

Shyama Grand Hotel is newly constructed hotel and needs to improve many things on their hotel such as proper installation of curtains in the room,elevator is under construction,improvment in room cleanliness.Stay is average although staff is very helpful.I hope in upcoming days all these things will improve and will provide better and good services.Best of Luck to them for brighter future.June 2025

Property is new and no toiletries, no water bottle n also no lift, rest the stay is OK staff behaviour is good, need to focus on the property more as written points

The staff was not at all friendly...they are taking a lot of time for everything..they were unable to provide rooms on time ..no water bottles no welcome drinks... Ac not working in some rooms..no curtains...

I could not tell enough to not book this hotel, the hotel owner told us to stay in a completely different property, didn't give us a room for 4 hours, no AC working, no curtains on gates, fans not working properly in this heat.

plz note - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF U R TRAVELLING BY PRIVATE OR HIRED CAR, even private taxi from airport/rail station/bus station. the road leading to the hotel is permanently restricted for 4-wheeler traffic by the police. i learnt it the hard way and was circling in small lanes around entire Ayodhya trying to find a way. ultimately they relocated me to another less than standard hotel/lodge which was still under construction. i had opted for breakfast included package but was not provided any breakfast in the new location. the owner/contact person whose number is provided is arrogant and talks extremely rudely. the staffs in the new hotel were cordial. although NO drinking water was provided and i was charged for the 4 bottles of water i sought from them during my 2 days of stay.

It was a good experience the place is at a walkable distance from the Ayodhya temple and near by tourists spots. The room was clean and as expected except there were lot of mosquitos.

Good room good food nice hotel with all facilities members was very helpful i think very deserved highly rating hotel
