Find the hotel and location through google. But it is misleading with fake photos of the hotel. Location is not good, especially hotel entrance. For food tea is good, they don't have the restaurant to serve the food. Rooms condition is worst, paint is gone, also find some cocroches in the room, there is no lift. Hotel in first, second floor. With luggage it us very difficult to climb the steps. This hotel is made for only short stay of the couples& lovers not for the genuine customer from outside of the state.

Clueless receptionist.

The receptionist is clueless about online booking. WiFi not working. Room’s walls were damped. Included breakfast not served though promised at time. After checkout got a call from hotel about the payment which I had made already in advance at the time of booking. Room service was not up to the mark. Whenever I called the receptionist for orders he hung up the phone saying “he is busy and will be calling after 2 minutes”. Then after sometime he calls and ask for the order. Total clueless hotel staff. Terrible experience.
