I had official guest . Bar facility was not provided though bar was opened on 2 nd night after renovation. Checked in was 6 AM breakfast did not get pack though requested for which they have charged .

The hospitality was very good.The staff are well trained and polite and always greet with a smile which makes your day. Even the food quality and quantity is worth the price. The rooms are clean and well maintained, even though the outside view is not available but the stay inside is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all those who visit Aurangabad.The travel to hotel is very smooth and it's very near to station or the bus stand which makes it more approachable. Hotel ambience is good with supporting staff Food quality is good but price is too high.

All The member of hotel staff are rude and they don’t know how to speak with the customer especially the reciepinest, and the manager. They don’t allow the visitor and told for wait if any one will come to meet as an official. Bed to Food no hygiene. If any official and family not recommended.

It was a good stay, rooms are hygienic and clean. Breakfast options were also good . Good for business trip or short stays .

Property was good and comfortable, location is good and nearby Market. Parking area helps for upcountry drivers park cars and sleep in basement which is add on of property in Aurangabad. Breakfast was too good with variety and staff was helpful

reception person was very rude and non cooperative i have stayed at this hotel multiple times as the staff was humble but this time experience was not good with the receptionist. he kept arguing a lot this made my stay uncomfortable this time and also rethink if i should stop staying here again and go for other other options which are available nearby

Property is good I don’t find the staff is friendly or helping they work like SBI bank employees no respect for the guest or help for them in terms of luggage or after check out the way they are asking for the wait to check the room is not right so disrespect!!! Need to improve otherwise the property is good ambience is good

I use to stay frequently in this hotel. This hotel is good in many aspects but one important problem is they are not allowing early check in may be at 6 am. They were allowed in after 9.00 am. Even though booking for that day....They said their check inn time is 1 pm. Only I am staying for one night however my booking for 2 night's.

Excellent hotel with very good rooms and helpful staff. Maratha chicken thali was good and same for breakfast. They also provided rooms for our driver without any extra money

Room are clean and hygiene but issue is with Parking , and hotels abnormal rules . Morning Buffet options are less but food is good . Menu and Bar is overpriced . Hotel doesn’t allow any guest to your room and they close the gate post 10 pm with Lock . So for business trip this are little bit weird rule as no hotel in Aurangabad have such rule .

Room is low spacious but very hygienic & clean. Sound was coming from ac duct. Verity in breakfast are very limited.

I was visiting aurangabad for the first time and booked hotel green olive based on internet reviews. Pros: hotel is clean and conveniently located they send a shuttle for pick up but not drop off to the airport. Excellent breakfast good dinner food ( pricier than local options. However it is very convenient to eat at the hotel) restaurant junior staff is very nice, courteous and professional the hotel is well maintained room amenities are comfortable and adequate (no frills, but above average than other local hotels. Sheets, linens, bed etc are clean and comfortable. Cons: front desk staff needs serious training in customer service and etiquette. Demeanor is passive aggressive, and can be very off putting. Particularly the staff in the mornings. There were electric failures multiple times in 24 hours. Noisy repair work during the day. Rooms are not sound proof. One can hear people in the hallway and in the next room.
