Hotel Frank Inn @2 Min Walking Distance from Railway Stn

They neither have clean or hygienic ambiance nor washrooms, cockroaches and mice were crawling throughout night in the dormitory , they don't put on the AC at all, full night I was suffocating ,kept requesting them however they said it's already winter there, which was a lame excuses to save AC charges. So it wasn't at all a good experience.

The stay was average. Cleanliness was good. Washroom could have big and better with more amenities. Distance was close to railway station. So that's a great thing. Staff was also nice. Overall good but more things can be done . I was in rishikesh hostel for this price but they had very good infrastructure.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor — the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were very dirty and unhygienic. It did not feel comfortable or safe to stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to anyone unless cleanliness and basic hygiene are seriously improved

room condition was very bad. bad smell in room. ac doesn't have remote, so it was overcooled whole night. bathroom condition was also very pathetic.. i don't have images

Not good, washroom was not clean, No geyser in washroom. Bed was making sound and termite in bed linen had cigarette burn marks

Hotel is very awesome. All staff is friendly. All facilities is excellent. You can call at midnight at get any help.

(1)room was too small, (2)fan regulator was not in working so we could not used. (3) not given room service, i collected towel and all out from counter after complaining. (4)room was on third floor and stairs were not comfortable, hotel width was approx 10 feet only all over we were not comfortable.

T hare is no room service. No availability of bath water. Room so small in size. Even single person not walk easily. Very important it's given third floor approach staircase is not good. Management of hotel is not supportive.

A transit stay to travel dadar from vadodara as a client business trip to dadar and noida, next time expect better facility against the mentioned.

The location of hotel is close to golden temple you can go there by walking. The staff people were good. The hotel looks bit off from outside but the rooms were good and spacious.

Very worst for family. No proper facility, very dirty beds and sheet, dirty bathroom, very small for 2 adult, very rude behaviour of the staff. Very congested, that in 3rd floor without lift.
