Dear Mr. Piyush, during your check-in we had given you nice and clean deluxe ac room. Sir, You did not say anything about it and stayed for 12 nights in that room. Room cleaning change in linen was done regularly. During your stay, we did not hear any complaints about the room in our daily feedback from you. We regret if there was any service issue with regards to your breakfast.

Firstly was welcomed by smelly labrador and his hairs were on the floor, I reached their at 9 but hotel staff was so rigid and not allotted the room till 12 as they were talking about timing in their language, dirty buggy rooms and washroom is so congested, blankets not washed as looked like used by another person. Read the reviews carefully before booking.

Mr. Rupinder, You had reached the hotel much more before 9.00 am. We don't keep dog at the reception area. There was no question of our staff being rigid as, we always give early check in to our guest provided rooms are vacant and ready. On 15th morning we did not have any vacant room to give you hence we were able to provide you room at your check in time at around 11.55 am. We upgraded your room from standard to Deluxe. Room was clean, new blankets were provided. Our Deluxe room washroom are good is size and not congested. We have never heard any complains earlier about the size of the washroom.

As it on main road 24 hours taxi are available. Good stay and clean rooms. No issues with lodge staff. All are good.
