Most pathetic place ever. They did not even have drinking water facilities. No packaged water too. Staff was immature. Bad toilet. No proper hot water in winter season. . Avoid this place for sure.

Good Location to Visit North Goa Beaches

Rooms were OK, and amenities were fine @ this price. I will recommend for 2 person who needs economic Hotel with Average Facility. Although Cleaning Staff was not so good and not came in room when we stayed for 3 days. Overall OK type of Option and can be considered.

No cleanliness . No professional service. Stale bread in complementary breakfast, no proper ironing or laundary facilities. Too narrow toilet, my experience was bad. They didn't even return my id card. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. The food was not good but the rates were relatively higher. Coffee in complimentary breakfast was horrible.

Very nice place to stay in Goa (Porvorim). Prices are okay; just 15 minutes to Calangute beach, Panjim, and Mapusa. Staff are very friendly and good.. Tasty free breakfast.. Quick room service.. Totally it was good exp..

Hotel is nice, but can be improved by adding Amenities. Door Locks need to be changed as it has not Latch. The Dinner is not available in hotel. Wi-Fi facility is available but has limited access in 1 or 2 Rooms only. Food is nice as well as Service by the staff.

Booking from make my trip makes it cheaper for me, food is good at attached restaurant also morning free breakfast was key point a budget hotel at all. Location is good and you can hire a bike from here.

It was an awesome experience. Hotel was good, accommodation was superb, rooms were neat and clean, staff was extra ordinarily helpful especially the front desk. It was worth for money, overall it was a good experience. All 5 of us liked the hotel. I recommend it to all especially for people looking for budget hotels. I'll give 5 stars.
