Though the property location is fine, but the description differs from the actual. Owners live in the property, and we're having very rude behaviour. Drinking water was not available, beds mattresses were not adequate, washrooms doors were broken. I would definitely not recommend the stay at this price. I booked another hotel at cheaper price and far far better than this.

hot water was not available many times. overall the water supply pressure was very less. very small washroom and the equipments very old and dirty. no proper and good restaurant nearby which is very much required since no catering is available in the homestay.

Worst place without any basic facility, rude n uncooperative owner, in short a big black spot in the name of homestay. They don't have any helping staff for luggage n also don't have a way to greet the guests. There was a kitchen but it's chargeable which includes the use of only utensils n a gas stove. No clock room facility. No home cooked food which is the basic requirement of any homestay. They put lots of restrictions as if we are not giving any money for staying over there. They charge very high in comparison to the other hotels or homestays in the same area. Will not recommend this place.

Property and the location both are good, have awesome mountain view and high-fi location. One negative point i would mention is no ventilation in the bathroom, other then that excellent location with ac, hot water, kitchen for self cooking.

Everything here are between good to average. Overall i liked the experience and the view.

Homestay is located in very posh area, very nominal prices, with scenic view of shivalik ranges and sunrise. Owner is very humble and polite. I must recommend this home stay.

Room size was very small. Parking is a pain. The dealing of owner was good.

Economic the view was good but overall it was just decent.

Had a great workation stay. Love the hospitality, the room was the best for a budget traveller. The wifi is very dependable to work from home and the most important thing is the view from the place which is breathtaking. Awesome stay all in all

Excellent stay with family for two nights. Grit & peaceful location. Someone planning to visit mussoorie, dehradun, rishikesh etc can make it a central halt point. Would like to visit again in the next trip!

Malhotra family is warm and incredibly welcoming. The rooms are clean and cosy. Hot water is available throughout the day. The terrace offers a great view of the sunrise overlooking the distant mountains.

Found the property myself in the city and booked it after consulting the host. The property is situated at a beautiful location with amazing views with chirping sounds of birds giving you a very positive vibe about the place. The food tasted just like my home's. The host is polite and respectful and guides you around the place. All in all, a delightful stay if you're looking for a peaceful environment for workation

This place feels like home. The food is home-cooked too. This place is ideal for all kinds of travellers - solo/family/friends. There are real good cafes around this place. One must explore this place once in their lives.

The homestay is suitably located at rajpur road, easily identifiable. The rooms are reasonably priced and well maintained. The most comfortable part is homely food and friendly approach of the owners.
