Happy mornings

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. UNFINISHED PROPERTY. We reached the property at check in time and the staff was startled to see us since they weren’t aware of any booking. Apparently, their manager wasn’t at the property and as per the staff, him and all other staff was also on holiday for Mahashivratri. Next, the staff shifted us to another room because the room we booked “wasn’t ready” that means it was unfinished as per the staff first. It doesn’t end there. The room we booked was a treehouse and the room they gave us was a lakehouse which was comparatively expensive than the treehouse but as we entered the room, we see that it wasn’t in a good condition either. The jacuzzi had a frog in it and was not clean, the toilet flush wasn’t working, there were gaps in the ceiling, the bedsheet was torn, the AC wasn’t cooling the room and there were insects all over. Overall, the room wasn’t in a good condition. After seeing all this, we asked the staff to get us in touch with the manager or share his/her number but they were reluctant. They kept saying that they will share but neither did they share the number nor did they make us speak to him/her. We still asked the staff very sweetly to clean all this by the time we come back to the hotel. We reached the hotel after 5 hours. It was 12am and the room was still in the same condition. Moreover, there was no one gatekeeping and the gates were always open, even at night which seemed a safety issue for us at the moment. We were the only people staying at the property and there was no other property close to this one. Even when we came at night, we didn’t get a call or someone to come and see us if we needed something as if there was no one and they were unbothered about their guests. We felt very unsafe and left the property at night and still received no call in the morning for breakfast or asking when did we leave etc. VERY VERY UNRESPONSBLE AND CARELESS BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS GUESTS.
