GOVIND REGENCY

It was extremely disheartening to walk into a dirty room where the sheets and linen were not changed, room was not swept, hair all over the room, bathroom not cleaned, door Knob was completely off the hinge and an unpleasant odour in the room. As senior citizens who are tired after a long journey, walking into such a dirty room was a complete disappointment.

The rooms are pretty good.the hospitality is also good and overall I am very much satisfied with the trip

Not worth the money spent. Rooms not properly maintained. Taps not working properly. Walls not clean. Only advantage is it is very near to temple.

For a single day, it was fine. Staff were cooperative. The location is very near to temple ( less than a minute). We liked very much.

location is very near to temple north end...may be only 1 min walk to east nada and 500 mtr from there shiv temple and 600 mtr to railway station....nice stay..helping staff and positive feedback from my end for family stay

The room was not clean .there is no ventilation.no fresh air .the walls of the room and the bathroom has stains .unpleasant smell.the detergent used for cleaning smell was horrible.only the staff girl was respectful.

Property is great and value for money. stay are very courteous and helpful during our stay,very close to the temple walkable distance to main entrance in 5 to 10 minutes. The hotel’s bathroom’s small window is always open and was not able to even close it and on top of that we can clearly see the opposite quarters while looking in the bathroom mirror which made us very uncomfortable .
