Nice Hospitality and Good Staff with best services I recommended to book if u planning Togo Varanasi

Worst hotel smelly room. Unclean sheets dirty towels no glass for water. No consumables like toothbrush paste and shower gel or shampoo bad service. Only grace was available room. Toilet needs cleaning. Beds squeaking loudly. Springs on bed loose. Only a loo paratha at brrakfast with curd. Makemytrip should ask hotel to improve. Not worth the cost charged by mmt for this hotel.

pathetic amenities & services. honestly, no matter at what price or availability you get the rooms for, please take my advice and do not opt for them, it's an OYO property and fairy disgusting

Very Poor Service, didn't receive breakfast, pillow, towel for the child, which was included in the booking. Toilets were smelly and I received a towel with blood stains on it. Wall of the rooms were damp and moulds on it.

We stayed as group of around 15 members. Very comfortable stay. The staff was accommodating for every request.

Room was cleaned but there were no kettle and they served the worse chai and bread in breakfast. Terrible

We kept on calling them for water but the phone was not being received by anyone... Also we had booked a complementary breakfast but after calling them for breakfast.. They said only one paratha will be served for breakfast and there is no option available.. What if someone doesn't want to eat paratha... No fruits no coffee nothing...

Room was clean and staff behavior was polite. Room service is also good. Highly recommended.

Room quality is totally different from reality. Hotel quality is like worth of rs. 100.

They charge for breakfast separately, though it is included. They say they will provide only one or two item. Although the rate is between 90- 140 rupees for all breakfast items

I came to know about it from make my trip

Completely un-hygienic room. Though we checked in late around 9 pm, nothing was done for cleaning. There was hair scattered all over the quilt, in the balty. I requested a room change and i was denied as the hotel was full. Requested for the kettle being cold but denied due to lack of availability there is ample parking space of approx 6-7 cars in premises and i requested that i had to leave early morning around 5 am, no car should be parked before my car. I parked my car in the basement and a car was parked in the basement entry gate even though there was good space available as only 3 cars were there. They searched for the car from the owner and i removed the car from the entrance. I got no hot water to bath in this winter season. And to add another surprise i got locked in the washroom at around 4:30 am as it was broken. I waited for the staff who were already aware and opened the lock with some key after 15 minutes. During my stay i came to know two categories of room and i paid extra money for a worst room via mm t and reserving through phone paid less with a better room.

Staff behaviour very very very very bad, food was bad smelling, they denied check in at arrival, but repeated request they allow to check in, if staff broke anything in room they put complain towards guest, this hotel even don't desreve zero rating, this hotel deserve -10( minus 10) rating, never ever stay here, room was very bad, they ceiling were broken and lots of rat was there, in night they didn’t provide even all out, rat cut to my one guest, totally horrible exptience, rod pe rehi lena lekin is hotel me mat jana
