Flat is good and hygienic. Staff are also good and respectful. Two ⭐⭐ less for under rated AC installed in bedrooms, cooling is very poor.

We stayed in the e garden shiva. It is situated in a weird place but lies dead in the centre of the city. The approach road is narrow so please do come in three wheeler auto. The place has a green ambience with lots of trees around the place. The flat is an awesome place to stay. All the amenities are good and the place is really airy and clean. There is no tv and the kitchen is huge. The wifi is amazing and the tourist places are only a short trip away. Do stay in the order to experience urban life of the city.

The staff is nice, they provide all basic utensils and amenities in the flat. But the only issue is the location, it’s approximately 5-6 km far from famous ghats and temples.

The property as such is true to the pictures. Well maintained and spacious apartment. Helping staff is always available to cater to your needs. The location of the property is a problem, we faced issues getting a ride from the property, since it's located in the interiors of the city. If you have a ride of your own, then i highly recommend this place.

The place gave us a homely feel. It had a washing machine kitchen refrigerator geyser etc balcony to chill perfect for a family. The staff were helpful special thx to shivam and vishnu. I recommend this place strongly for any group of people

Good part 1. Behavior of staff is very good, he is very helpful. 2. It is best suited for family 3. Amenities - it has dedicated washing machine, fridge, mixer grinder, kitchen utensils, refrigerator. 4. Rate is very cheap, if a family or friends group is coming then it is enough for 9 to 10 people max and 7 people very comfortably. Bad part. 1. The property is full of rats. It is the most bad thing, and most of this in kitchen. If you cooking then rats jumped in to the food. In hygiene point of view, please don't cook here. 2. No. Of staff is only one and he has to manage more properties in town so all the time he is not available. (but he is rather very helpful) 3. Parking is open and in the colony there are too much monkies. So if you coming with new car please be aware. 4. Location is worst in accessibility point of view. Nobody knows the location of the appartment. And not even auto and e rikshaw driver aslo. We had pretty much hustle with it. 5. The utensil in the kitchen is too much unclean. As the rule is to clean the utensil by own. So if someone came before you and they not clean it the you have to clean it out.

I've book my first ever stay from e garden and it was awesome. Everything looks cool and a positive vibes.
