Service from make my trip is pathetic. Just before the day of the check-in, the property manager/owner called me and informed me that there is plumbing issue and i cant check-in. I tried to reach MMT, but, the help i got from them is pathetic. Their AI virtual assistant is horrible.

Bedrooms were clean and fine however, poor cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen sink was so dirty and soiled plates from previous guests were lying on the kitchen slab. Toilet seat flap wouldn’t stay up which was so inconvenient. Basic amenities were unavailable such as no mirrors in the room and only one outside the bathroom without proper lighting around. Not a single table provided in the bedroom to keep phones and stuffs for charging. My mom has issues with climbing stairs so wouldn’t recommend for families with old members as there’s no lift and we were given rooms on the third floor. Overall average stay in the budget, would have rated good if they maintained cleanliness.

All famous places at walking distance, loved the dashashwamedh ghat aarti and ghat walk. And kashi vishwanath temple is at walking distance.

I had an excellent stay with host rajat, he is friendly and kind, and helped me with everything i needed. The house had all the amenities i needed for a good stay. Moreover caretaker manjeet was also quiet helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the highway with parking, it's also close to the temples and famous places. It was a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Varanasi. The flat was ideal for 4-6 peoples—spacious enough for a family to comfortably store our luggage and stay. It comes equipped with a reliable heater, Wi-Fi, and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with a parking and marketplace in neighborhood. I especially appreciated the convenience of having our own key for easy entry and exit. The host was incredibly kind and helpful.
