Situated on the Outer Ring Road, this hotel is within reach of many other IT parks in the city such as Prestige Tech Park II (4 km) and RGA Tech Park (5 km).

 

Room Amenities: The hotel has 123 guest rooms (Deluxe Studio and Studio categories), 48 suites and accessible rooms. In-room amenities include private balconies, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, in-room kitchenette with microwave, and private bathroom with bath amenities. The Studio Rooms come with city or terra view.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 3 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

Pay at Checkout

The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or dysfunctional.

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

Reward Points redemption option is not applicable on bookings made using the "Pay at Checkout" option.

Some hotels might ask for a security deposit of up to 100% of the booking amount at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in.

Guest must pay full amount at time of check-out; hotel's payment cannot be withheld by customer in any case after completing stay.

    The hotel has perfect location with the best service in the industry. The service staff is excellent and has gone above our expectation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was amazing and we enjoyed our stay for 2nights. There is nothing much more we can expect out this beautiful hotel

    The hotel was excellent and the room infrastructure was good enough. And food was really good especially the south Indian breakfast and hotel spa facility is average. Swimming pool was also good thing where I spent my good time

    I booked our stay from Makemytrip who were super efficient and quick. I’m a regular user of MMT and they are my preferred partner for travel. I was unable to travel to Bangalore due to the rasta roko in Mumbai on 3rd January. I kept calling the Double Tree Hilton hotel from 2:00 am for a next day 2:00 PM check in apprising them of the situation. They kept promising to return my call as they did not have the reservations department wasn’t available till the next day 2:00 PM which is absolute crap. They made sure they dint have to take a decision till my no show time arrives. MMT tried to get a refund/ reschedule on my behalf as it was a force majeure reason but the hotel refused to comply asking me for a proof of my road trip not working out. Which was absolutely hilarious and petty. Double Tree Hilton. I’ll ensure that this unprofessional nature of yours get reported as wide and as far as I can. To warn people that making advance bookings with you is to put themselves through severe frustration. It’s horrible to witness such incompetence in the name of five star service.
